Fabulous location in the old town with friendly and helpful staff on reception. Our room was small but nicely appointed, with excellent mattress and sound-proofing. So we had a great night's sleep. Be advised the 'pool' is too small to swim, and you need to book a slot. You may not be able to use it (we did, but not until next morning).

Excellent boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town. Beware - despite Google do not try to drive there! It is better to park in the underground parking station Paseo de Canalejas and take a 6 minute walk. (20Euros/24 hrs). Beautiful decor, warm reception and a pleasant room. Only one chair despite it being a double room. Good quiet air-conditioning, well-appointed modern bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast in a delightful breakfast-room on the ground floor.

The building - original historical palace turned into a small hotel. You see tourist that learn about this building during organized trips. Fully renovated. Comfortable bed I slept like a baby. Very good amenities. Location was perfect in the historical city center but close to the underground parking. You stay in the center but you do not hear noice from the streets - they have not install cheap windows but highest end. Very good breakfast with good choice of eggs and jamon. Nice small SPA. Very close to extremely good ice creams. The service was excellent. We got very late check out. We had perfect weather - we were swimming in the ocean in October.

The central position just of Plaa San Francisco was excellent and it meant that we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel also had a really Spanish feel about it and the staff were marvellous.

Set in a beautifully restored historic building, this hotel has real character. Inside, it was bright, spotless and very comfortable. The staff were consistently helpful, including with booking my airport transfer. My room had a huge, comfortable bed, and I really appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, from slippers and bathrobes to daily replenished water. The location was excellent – within easy reach of a wide selection of restaurants and cafés, and right next to a small supermarket for essentials. A lovely mix of local charm and modern comfort.

Gorgeous hotel situated near most everything you would want to see in Cadiz. We stayed for just one night but that generously included check in time at 2PM and check out at noon the next day. We had a great night's sleep in a comfortable bed with a dark and quiet room. My husband forgot his charging cords plugged into our power converter but it was quickly reported by housekeeping. We got a call within 10 minutes of checking out so we were able to easily come back to retrieve it.

One of the most stylish places we ever stayed at. Former 18th century British Embassy converted to a absolutely wonderful little boutique hotel. Hardly ever seen so much attention to detail. We could escalate , but best experience it yourself. Fine breakfast and nice spa. We assume this is the best hotel in town.

The hotel itself IS stunning, ideally located, well appointed and with some unique and luxurious features. The Tower Room is surprisingly spacious and the terrace offers incredible views. The Spa area is very nice, the gym is small but modern and reasonably well equipped.

Very well furnished and a perfect location right in the centre of the old town. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. There was free cava and white wine with snacks in reception every day

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of the old town. Really large bedroom with super comfy bed, separate sitting area and great bathroom with magnificent shower. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to suit all tastes including several gluten free options. I have to give a special mention to all the staff we met and in particular to Bea (Beatrice) on reception who was most welcoming, professional and helpful especially when we needed to change our plans at short notice. She really made our stay very special.
